Products sold on the Website can only be delivered to the following countries:
- Italy
- All EU countries
In cases where shipping costs are charged to the Customer, these will be explicitly indicated, separately from any other costs or expenses, at the conclusion of the Order Proposal process and prior to the Customer's selection of the Purchase Button.
In compliance with applicable regulations, the maximum delivery time for products purchased will be 21 days from the contract's conclusion date, excluding events of force majeure.
Shipping costs will be free for orders exceeding €500. For orders under €500, shipping costs amount to €25.
In the event of product unavailability, the Customer will be contacted within one business day by our customer service team to agree on a solution. If no agreement is reached between the Customer and the seller, the product will not be shipped, and the seller will refund the entire amount paid by the Customer within seven business days.
